FPSC CSS Competitive Examination 2025 Online Application Form

WRITTEN CSS COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION-2025
(Apply online well before 6thJanuary 2025. Also deposit hardcopy of online application form
along with requisite documents)
All candidates who have qualified MCQ Based Preliminary Test (MPT) for CSS Competitive Examination2025 and intend to appear in written part of CSS CE-2025 may apply online through FPSC official website
up-till 6th January, 2025.
The written part of CSS Written Competitive Examination-2025 will be held w.e.f. 15thFebruary, 2025
(Saturday).
The Examination will be held at19Cities as mentioned vide Rule 3 (3) of CE Rules, 2019.
Number of vacancies to be filled on the basis of CSS Written Competitive Examination-2025 will be
announced later.
ELIGIBILITY:
(a) Only MPT CE-2025 qualifiers can apply to app ear in the written part of CSS CE-2025.
(b) Must have at least 2nd Division Bachelor’s degree.
(c) Age between 21 – 30 years. Two years age relaxation shall be admissible only to categories
specified in Rule-6 of CSS Competitive Examination Rules, 2019 available on FPSC website.
(d) The cutoff date for determining the eligibility of the candidate in terms of age, qualification, self domicile etc., is 31st December, 2024, as per Rule 5 of the CSS Competitive Examination Rules,
2019.
(e) In terms of Rule 11(20) and 11(21) of the CSS Competitive Examination Rules, 2019, candidates
shall be admitted to the examination provisionally at their own risk subject to their being found
eligible in all respects. On detailed scrutiny of the applications after the announcement of result of
the written examination, if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect under said rules, his
candidature shall be cancelled and rejected regardless of the fact whether he has appeared in the
examination or qualified therein. THEREFORE, CANDIDATES MUST ENSURE BEFORE
APPLYING THAT THEY FULFILL ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE RULES, RELATING
TO THE CSS COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION.
 PROCEDURE TO APPLY:
(a) Deposit examination fee @ Rs.2200/-on or before 6th January, 2025 in the nearest Government
Treasury/State Bank of Pakistan/National Bank of Pakistan under the account head “C02101-Organs
of State Exam fee (FPSC Receipt) through challan form available on website.
(b) Submit online application to FPSC on or before 6thJanuary, 2025 available at FPSC
website. Choose optional subjects in terms of Appendix-I of CSS CE Rules, 2019.Choose
examination cen tre carefully. Subsequent changes in optional subjects and examination cen tre may
not be allowed.
(c) Duly signed hardcopy of online application along with original Treasury Receipt and attested copies
of Matric certificate, Intermediate certificate, Graduation certificate, degrees, CNIC, selfdomicileetc and four photographsmust reach FPSC on or before 16thJanuary, 2025.If
hardcopy/documents reach to FPSC after 16th January, 2025 it would not be accepted and
candidature will be rejected.
7. Online Application, Challan Form, Rules & Syllabus for Written CSS Competitive Examination are
available on FPSC Website www.fpsc.gov.pk
8. Admission Certificates for CSS written examinations hall be uploaded on website by5
th February, 2025 from
where candidates may download the same. No separate intimation through post will be sent to candidates, in
this regard.
